Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to create a plan?

No. You can create a complete trip plan — including timeline, tasks, and budget — without an account. Create an account when you want to save and return to your plan.

How does Velora build the plan?

You describe your trip in plain language: destinations, dates, who's traveling. Velora interprets your idea and builds a full plan. If it needs more information, it asks one question at a time.

Can I change the plan after it's created?

Yes. Every part of the plan is editable. You can rename events, move them to different days, add new activities. Every edit replans the rest of the timeline automatically.

What does the budget include?

Velora estimates costs based on the activities and duration of your trip. Estimates are clearly labeled — Velora distinguishes between confirmed costs and guesses.

Is Velora free?

Velora is in development and currently available for free. Paid plans are planned. Pricing hasn't been set yet.

Will there be a mobile app?

A dedicated mobile experience is planned. Currently Velora is a web app that works on mobile browsers.

Is my data private?

Your trip plans are private to your account. Guest plans (without an account) are session-based and not stored after you close the browser.

What happens to my plan if I close the browser?

Create an account before closing — that saves the plan. Plans saved to an account are always available when you sign back in.

Can I share a trip plan with someone else?

Sharing and collaboration features are planned. Currently, you can access your plan from any device by signing in.

How does Velora handle changes to my trip?

You can always update your plan — dates, activities, travelers — and Velora replans around it. Your previous edits are preserved: Velora replans around them, not over them.
